How do you say: "So you never forget me" in japanese?

Question:

I want to write that in a gift that i'm going to give to a friend, so she never forgets me.
But i need to know how to say it.

I need the romaji, please.

Thanks a lot in advance.

By the way, if it makes any difference: I'm a guy, and we're friends so the casual form would be the best one here.

Answer:

僕をいつまでも忘れないように
boku wo itsumademo wasurenai youni
so you never forget me

僕をいつまでも覚えていてくれるように
bou wo itsumademo oboete ite kureru youni
so you always remember me

or 僕をいつまでも忘れないで
boku wo itsumademo wasurenaide
(please) never forget me
might be better
