Question:
I am headed to Okinawa next week, I have two hours from when I land to when my next plane takes off and I need to go through immigration, collect my baggage check in to my domestic flight with ANA and go through the security again. First off anyone know if I am correct on that who process? Should I try get a later flight?
Answer:
Two hours should be enough. Also a lot of people (irrationally) have canceled their plans to Narita/Tokyo, so Immigration should be faster then usual.
I assume the OP is transferring to the domestic terminal at Narita so transferring at Haneda is irrelevant.
