How are the radiation level lately? Is is it under control?
Answer:
Safe, but not a good idea. My friends there said they are having rolling blackouts that last 2 or 3 hours. Things such as milk, bread and frozen foods are sold out.
Radiation levels are low in Tokyo. But things are not under control. Six nuke power stations have been damaged.
