Is it an Island or Country?
Answer:
A country comprised of an archipelago, and what is wrong with Japan? They are handling this double whammy of disasters very well if it was in the US we would still be waffling about and refusing to spend money(better levees anyone?), plus people would be looting flat-screens and rims. I wish we had the collective intelligence of the Japanese.
