Difference between onsei and koe?

I'm learning japanese. And just learned that the word koe means voice. But in google translate i also found the word onsei. When is onsei used and when koe? or are they both exact synonyms? thx

Koe is voice.

Onsei is both voice and other sounds. So it's used for broadcasting like TV, radio, Internet and so on.
