Japanese rhymes/songs for kids?

Question:

Simple songs and short rhymes for kids. Every country has them right? Now I was wondering what for kid songs and rhymes they have in Japan. And if they have any gestures they use with that.

In the Netherlands we have 'handje klap' what means 'hand slap'. We make movements while singing a simple rhyme. I have an example of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stlyR4kE7… (no it's not normal to still do this at this age, they are just kidding around) I know you guys can't really understand what they're saying but that doesn't matter, hopefully you'll understand the concept.

So my questions:
- Japanese children songs?
- Japanese children rhymes?
- Japanese games like 'handje klap'?

I would appreciate it if you can add the names and even the translation of the songs/rhymes.

Thanks!

Answer:
