After watching Naruto, I was wondering if any of the character names are actually used for people in real life. I already know for sure that Sakura is, but are others used?

Answer:

Choji, Shino, Hinata, Minato, Kankuro, Yamato are actually used as far as I know. I think most of the name used in Naruto are used to add Ninja-like air to the characters.
