Are there any Japanese beers available in the US that are brewed in Japan?

Question:

I noticed in the last decade or so all the mega-brand Japanese beers like Kirin, Soporro, Asahi, have moved or subcontracted to breweries in Canada (or Los Angeles). Are there any Japanese micro-brews available in the US, or any other Japanese beer available here that doesn't have that pure, clean Canadian water that tastes so foreign to us?

A related question: In the US the Japanese beers brewed in Canada are labeled "Imported", leading many to assume that they are brewed in Japan and shipped to the US. So what about when these same beers are sold in Canada? Are they the same ones brewed in Canada or are they brewed somewhere else and imported into Canada? If the latter, where are they brewed??
