I'm looking for a romantic anime, say where the girl is a princess and falls in love with a prince or something like that? No yuri or anything perverted. Also, romantic animes with settings in the past would be nice!

Romeo x Juliet is one. Its written by the same woman (Reiko Yoshida) who wrote Tokyo Mew Mew.
Sister Princess- written by a shonen yuri author (Sakurako Kimino), but isn't yuri. Its very cute
Princess Knight (a cute old-school Osamu Tezuka shojo anime/manga)
Revolutionary Girl Utena (sorta princess-y, but not really. Subtle yuri themes.Originally written by Be-Papas and this other person...)
Rose of Versaille (super good, old-school, well written famous title. Originally written by Riyoko Ikeda.)
Princess Tutu (cuteness! Magical girl!)
One Piece (a shonen series that has a non-fairytale princess, Princess Vivi. LOL)
(Note: Yuri isn't always perverted, there are some great yuri for straight women that is super cute.
