Just need to know if they have a specific plan in use right now or if there just clearing debris and throwing it somewhere else. If there going to recycle what they can or what.
Answer:
Japan is a country huge on recycling. It's required for all households to sort their trash (down to the bottle caps from the bottles in some areas) and you can have your trash returned to you or be sent a letter if you don't sort it properly. So I am sure they're going to use the exact same mindset when it comes to cleaning up.
