I think they will still be in the process of recovering from everything that has happened to them. But eventually (5-8 years) they will make a full recovery and will make sure that they are prepared for any natuaral disaster's that may happen to them in the future. But definitely they will get back on track. Japan is a very successful country with people who are disciplined, this will be the reason for their fast recovery.
