Is 1 hour enough time to change airlines in tokyo japan?

Question:

Theres a flight in orbitz that makes you change airlines in japan and time between flight is 1 hour. if this is dangerously way too close why would they even sell this ticket?

Answer:

The minimum time between flights seems to be 1 hour. Remember that you will NOT have 1 hour to change airlines It will be much less time since deplaning, especially when on a large, full airplane, in itself can take at least 30 minutes.
Next, it depends on which terminal the connecting flights use. If one is arriving at Narita, and the connection leaves from Haneda, you will not have sufficient time.
Even if they use the same terminal, the location within this terminal, esp. Narita, between the airline counters can be miles away.

After deplaning, you will have about 15 ~ 20 minutes to reach your connecting flight.
Be sure that your luggage will be transferred automatically, otherwise you will NOT have enough time.

To my liking, 1 hr is way too close and not enough time for comfortable travel.
