Airport change in Tokyo, Japan?

Question:

I noticed on my ticket that it has a warning to "change airports." Is there a connecting rail way between Tokyo Narita (NRT) and Tokyo Haneda (HND), or will I have to get a taxi and go through security again at the Handea airport.

Answer:

The orange limousine bus is your best bet - it goes straight from airport to airport for 3000 yen. Typically you need about a 3 hours connection time to connect to a domestic flight within Japan, or 3 and a half hours for connecting to another international flight. The bus doesn't take that long but that is the margin of safety in case of traffic.
DO NOT take a taxi under any circumstances - you will be broke.
