Hello to all. Can any of you tell me when does the junior and senior high school usually start and end in Japan? Do they have any breaks in between? Also, I would like to know the season when school starts and end (summer, spring, autumn, winter) cuz I'm not familiar with the climates. I'm mainly focused on the schools in Nagano prefecture but it doesnt really matter. Thank you!
Answer:
School year in Japan starts in April and ends in March. We have summer and winter breaks.
