Question:
I visited Seoul for a month recently. I've never been to Japan before and was telling my friend that I would like to. He said, "Oh, well if you've been to Seoul, you've been to Tokyo. They are very similar."
I know there are cultural/language/food differences, but besides those is there any really difference between the two cities?
Answer:
They are both urban concrete jungles and residents feel as if they are locked in a massive cage
