Can you explain these Japanese verbs....?

because they all seem to mean "to consider." Which means what exactly? Please explain each. ありがとうございます！

と見なす
This means "to regard as"　or "deemed" E.g. "Employees on business travel shall be deemed to have worked the regular working hours irrespective of actual hours worked."
考察する
"to consider carefully" "to examine" E.g. "She considered the implications of ..."
査察する
"to inspect" E.g. "Officials conducted an inspection for compliance with fire safety."
考える
Lot's of translations for this one. Think, regard, consider, intend.
～について思う
"Think about" But unlike the above "考える" this is often used to signify that the preceding information is the speakers opinion, rather than the act of thinking itself.
見当する
I think 見当 means "estimation" or "guess" but I think you meant "検討" which means "to consider" or "to examine" E.g. "They will consider his proposal at the next meeting."
熟考する
"To contemplate"
