Corporation and organization that offers scholarship in any university in Japan?

Does anyone know any corporation and organization that offers scholarship in any university in Japan (in undergraduate courses) (especially in Tokyo University)? Scholarship for International students to be specific.

Japanese government is offering it.

I don't think there are many other organizations. Other than government, each university is offering scholarships.
