Answer:
We have 2 nurses in Japan, nurse and sub-nurse. Sub-nurse is a job which supports nurses and doctors. That's easier than nurse.
There is no age requirement. But the real requirement is, you have to finish its schools first. Practically, you have to be 18 for sub-nurse and 20 for nurse to finish its school and become each of them.
