Time for a realanswer.
1. Take the Keikyu Line train to Shinagawa Station, there, transfer to the Yamanote Line to Shibuya or Shinjuku Stations (Shibuya-ku is very large and covers a area that extends up to Shinjuku Station, it just depends where in Shibuya-ku you want to get off at).
2. Take the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho Station, change to the Yamanaote Line there (follow steps same as above after changing to the Yamanote Line).
3. Take an airport limousine bus to one of the hotels that might be near where you need to go.

Haneda Airport is recently activated as a major international airport, it is reasonable to say that they process thousands of passengers a day, many of which are foreigners and going to major places like Shinjuku, Shibuya etc, their English skills are good enough to point you in the correct directions (but you'll get the same answer as I pointed above).
