Please educate me about Japanese culture?

Question:

When people say I love Japanese culture what are they referring to?

Most of my knowledge comes from history and politics. I have watched anime/hentai (for some reasons I just cannot get into or get off by cartoons), godzilla, Japanese porn (why always censor private parts and do those fake girly screams), eat sushi and drive a quality Japanese car, what do people mean when they say "I love Japanese culture?"

just from what you stated above.. doesn't really say much
about anyones culture as you can find something similar
of these in most developed countries..

I guess people like the culture because it is so different from their own.
people define other culture by using their own culture as a general guideline.
so what is normal to us, isn't always the norm in other countries

So I guess when people say they love Japanese culture..they usually think of the
extreme fashion culture (in some areas of Japan..) and rock music style that just
screams "only in Japan"
but so many people I know say they love Japanese culture when all they do is watch their
anime..and then they make blunt comments about Japan >.>...

But I'm just stating the more obvious contrasts of Japanese culture to mine..I'm sure there are other reasons for people liking the culture other than the ones I already said
