I need to find a cheap ticket from Tokyo to Tainan?

I want to go to my boyfriend's cousin's wedding in Tainan, and I will be in Tokyo. It will be near the end of September. Where can I find my best deal? Kayak.com is saying 3,000 dollars while Japan's JAL says 60,000 yen. -___- I hope to find something roundtrip for less than 400 dollars since I don't have that much money. Anyone have good suggestions for airlines? @_@
