Question:

I'm 18 and from Australia (where I can legally drink, etc), however I'm in Tokyo for the next few months and would like to meet people. Now I know I can't drink but can I still get into bars/clubs and just drink coke or something so I can get to know some of the locals or do you have to be 20 to even get in?
