Are dishwashers famous in Japan and do people use it as frequently as in western world?
Answer:
Are dishwashers famous? I'm uncertain as to how to gauge famous but everybody I know has heard of them and the are in most electronic stores. However, most dishwasher models available in stores are counter top models and not installed into the cabinets as they are in the states.
Do people use it as frequently as they do in the western world? No. Most people wash by hand and dry the dishes in a rack.
