How do I put a US address in the shipping address for amazon.jp?

I made an account and put the items in the cart, but in 'enter shipping address' part I can't put a US address, all it has is Japan options of zip codes and prefecture?

I'm not sure, but you can add your address by clicking アカウントサービス --> Manage Your Address Book --> 国外の住所を入力する.
