Answer:
No vaccinations are required for travel to Japan, especially if you are from the UK, USA, or pretty much any developed nation in the world.
Note that you DO NOT need a vaccination for Japanese B Encephalitis, despite the name "Japanese" the disease is rare in Japan, it's in "name only".
