We drink Green Tea 3-4 times a day in Japan and usually together with our meal. My favourite types are:
Sencha which has a perfect balance of sweet and bitter flavours.
Gyokuro which is a little expensive but is grown in the shade of the sun to give it a naturally sweet aftertaste and soft aroma.
