The most efficient way to Shibuya Tobu Hotel is to take Limousine bus from Haneda Airport Terminal for Shibuya Tokyu Hotel located near Shibuya railroad station. From there about 10 minutes walk through Shibuya busy streets takes you to your destination(Shibuya Tobu Hotel) or you take a taxi.
