Question:
Why do the adults always have a surgical masks on but the children don't? I have noticed this in a lot of the pictures I have seen.
I can't believe they got hit with another Earthquake..Poor Japan! =(
Answer:
We wear surgical mask when going to public places if we have flu or cough, to not spread or contaminate anyone. It's a common courtesy. Children wear it too.
