What does this phrase in Japanese mean?

という表現がいいと思います.

My pen pal told me this means, "I think this is the right phrase." Can someone break it down word per word and their meanings. I know already what 思います means, I'm just not sure what the other words are.

が: particle as used after object in this context.)
いい: suitable/appropriate/good
と 思います(to be precisely 良いと思います): I think that/it's
