I'm going to Osaka tomorrow and have no idea what to pack.
Would a dress with tights and a light cardigan be too cold?
Will I need to wear jeans and a jacket every day?
Answer:
Depends on your cold tolerance. usually day temperature would be around 15-18 C. It would be chilly (around 10 C) at evening until early morning. I think a light cardigan will be fine.
