Do you need an amazon.jp account or will an amazon.com account suffice?
Answer:
Look at the terms and condition of each market seller. Like in the U.S, they will detail if they ship abroad or not. If the market seller writes in Japanese, chances are that they don't ship outside of Japan (and if you don't read and understand Japanese you are screwed)
