How long will it take for japan to recover?

How long will it take for japan to recover? I had always admired japan, and I am planning to move to japan in 2-3 years. I'm wondering though, will 2-3 years be enough for japan to recover? For example, in Tokyo? Or no?

I'm in Tokyo right now, but can't drink water(only mineral water), avoiding to eat fish(TEPCO
didn't care about sea water, fish. they abandoned radiation-full water into the sea. this was fatal.)
How can Japs eat safely? We all have radiation in our body.

Government keep hiding informations about radiation, details about Nuclear Units. They hides.
We are desperate. We are cowards. We don't even go to panic, its not to praise, to make fool of in this
situation...
We should get mad but being silent. Media(TV,newspapers) brainwashing people that Japan is
still safe. most majority are idiot to believe these news. but its actually dangerous.

I wanna move to foreign country if I can, so many Japs wanna do.. but can't.
so, I'm gonna move to Hokkaido or Kyusyu in Japan. these places are at least not so near from Fukushima.
Tokyo is only 200 km from Fukushima, its in the dangerous zone. you know Cernobil effected 300KM zones.
4-5 years later People will realize Tokyo is not safe at all. So many children are insanely bone.
if you are wise, u must run away from Tokyo.
