How can I translate this phrase into Japanese?

Question:

Okay, this is a little embarrassing, but I'm looking to have a saying/phrase made into a calligraphy wall scroll kind of thing, but I'm unsure on a good way to have it put. It's kind of silly, but it has a history to it, so it makes sense to the people I know.

The phrase is: "Sleep when tired, wake up training."

What would be a neat little way of putting it that had a poetic ring to it? For "training" I'd like to use the word shugyo (修行).

Any ideas?

Answer:

睡眠時に疲れて。修行目を覚まし。
