Do they have Japanese language courses in Japan for international students?

Question:

Kinda like when people come to America or England to study English, does Japan have schools for people who want to learn Japanese

Answer:

There are many Japanese language institutes. In these places, you can learn Japanese up to 8 hours a day, 5 or 6 days a week. They are expensive - maybe $10,000 a year or more for tuition. If you want to become very fluent in Japanese, bank on about a year in such a institute.

If you are already a college student, why not ask your school if they have a transfer agreement with a Japanese university. Universities also have language programs for exchange students etc.
