i don't think Ayumi Hamasaki is the best looking of Japanese.

She is one of popular Japanese actresses/models and has good reputations about her appearance. And she is also famous with her natural beauty.

AKB48 is also popular(most popular) in Japan but their concept of selling is beautiful and cute girls who are likely to be near us. Because the concept of the group is so, they are not considered as very beautiful people.

btw but I like Kojima Haruna in AKB48. She also has a good reputation about her appearance to somewhat.
