Shunkado, the maker of Unagi pie, stopped online order for Unagi pie, even in Japan.
I'm not sure why. But they said "because Unaigi pie is too fragile during transportation".
You might have to find someone who buy and send you personally.

Did you check the name of that snack? At least, you were not born in Hamamatsu.
Your one is "土用の丑のパイ"(=Doyou no ushi no pie), a kind of fake Unagi pie.
Well, they say they are using eel extract(?) for that pie. That can't be a REAL Unagi pie at all.
