So I've been reading a little bit about this whole first 10,000 foreigners get a free ticket to and from Japan. It's got me all freaking excited. But where do I sign up? Do I have to wait a little while for more info or what?
Answer:
It's just an idea at this time. Proposed sign ups wouldn't be until April of next year, if at all. There's also a catch, you have to write about why you want to go there. You have to put your thoughts on line so other people can read them. They're going to make you work for it, one way or another. They just aren't going to hand them out for free.
