What are some good group travel companies in Japan?

Question:

I found incredibly cheap airfare to Tokyo, but the only problem is that my parents don't want me to go alone (I'm 19). They would be fine if I were to be in a small group that toured the week around Japan. I know some of the companies that do this in Europe, but none in Japan. Does anyone know of any affordable group tours/tour companies? Thank you!
