Fukuoka School of Music?!?!?

I want to know more about the Fukuoka School of Music.

But its all in Japanese and I'm not fluent.. So yeah..
I want to know more about the courses, the fee and the study program..

If you don't have native level Japanese, you will be unable to attend this school.
EDIT: Do you know how long it takes to reach native level Japanese ? You have to read & write as well. It takes some 2,000 kanji just to be able to read a newspaper.
Now think about it, please !
