In Japan, we usually have a traditional style breakfast which consists of a bowl of steamed rice, miso soup and grilled fish. They are accompanied by side dishes of rolled omelet (tamagoyaki), pickles (tsukemono), natto and salad. This is a really healthy breakfast and really tasty to boot.
