Why japanese are so short?

i heard old samurais were as the height of 120~130cm?

so in china they called japan as 倭 or 矮 which means short midg*ets


i heard beacuase they were so short and their own complex

i heard they tried to mix with other bloods but omg

their height is still avearage just 169~170cm??

did the radiation or atomic bomb something to japanese from long time ago even before 20~21th centuries??
