How can i live in japan?

Question:


ok,so i'm planning for the future, and i want to move to japan one day, but i have some questions.

1)how can i BUY an appartment/ house in tokyo?
2 how much would it cost to BUY an appartment/house in tokyo? (in yen)
3) how can i get a visa to live there?
4)will i have to swap my names round? (e.g. john smith becomes smith john)
5) if i get a vet qualification in england, will it be valid in japan?
6) if not, what are some job options with the qualifications to become a vet?
7) i already know a fair bit, but how can i learn fluent japanese?
8) i know a lot about the culture, but can i have a link to a website about japanese cullture just so i can be sure?
9) what if i changed my name to something japanese to make it easier for people to pronounce? would i be able to keep my qualifications?
10) how can i get a japanese job when i'm in england?
11) how much yen should i take with me?
i do know some answers but its just so i can be sure :)

9 ) You should not change your name. You're not Japanese.
10 ) Get a BA / BS degree, and look online.
11 ) As much as you can.
