Okay so I have been studying Japanese for one month now, so my Japanese isn't good... not at all actually >_> anyways the teacher gave the class assignment and she told us to introduce a character, but i am not sure if what I am saying is right, so PLEASE check it :)
Konichiwa! Watashi no namae wa Haruhi desu. Dozo yorashiku. Tanjoubi wa kugatsu, hatsuka desu. Watashi no rokusai desu. Koukou ichi nensei desu. Watashi no denwa bangou wa ni yon hachi no ichi ni ichi desu. Sayonara

You did a pretty good job over all but there are a few wrong things!
Konichiwa! Watashi no namae wa Haruhi desu. Douzo yoroshikuonegaishimasu (just to carry on with being polite!). Tanjyoubi wa kugatsu, hatsuka desu. Watashi wa rokusai (rokusai means 6years old...but in the next line you mentioned that you're in high school so maybe you ment to say "jyuurokusai"? Which is 16 in Japanese) desu. Koukou ichi nensei desu. Watashi no denwa bangou wa ni yon hachi no ichi ni ichi desu. Sayounara.
