How can i make a japanese email with kana or kanji in it?

Question:

*i live in the US*
i've tried a few different sites to make a jap email and when i get to the part example@whatever.com it won't let me use any kana in it, why? do i have to be in japan to do this or use jap computer?

i really want my email to be either 黒白猫 or シルバーエスケップ@whatever.co.jp (preferably hotmail or yahoo)

can someone tell me a site that will work, or if it can't be done, could someone living in japan possibly make one for me?

Answer:

Stop using "Jap" as an abbreviation. It is a highly offensive racial slur and is not an appropriate abbreviation for Japan or Japanese.

Anyway, things like email addresses and URLs can't be written in anything but the Roman alphabet (and numbers and symbols like ! or ~). That's just the way it is, and it's like that all over the world. The body of the email can be written in any characters you want, in which case you should google how to download or activate you operating system's Japanese typing capabilities.
