How would you write this in Japanese?

Question:

" If I stop today it was still worth it "

Thank you :)

Answer:

今日死んでも生まれてきてよかった。
kyou shinde mo umaretekite yokatta.

It literally means "Even if I die today I am glad I was born."

I've seen the same exact quote you posted translated into Japanese before. Instead of 今日死んでも生まれてきてよかった it was translated simply as 生まれてきてよかった (I'm glad I was born)
