I want to move to Japan, and since I don't think I'll have the money to go on an exchange program by the time on 16. Will I be able to go on holiday to Tokyo when I turn 16? If so, will I be able to go on my own, or will I have to go with a parent/somebody older than me? Thank you...
Answer:
I don't think so. You can't leave the country without parental consent. You also can't rent a room at 16. You'll have to have someone 18 or older with you.
