Does anyone know how to activate Speech Recognition for Japanese?

Question:

According to sources (i.e., http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_spe… Speech Recognition is built-in for Windows 7 in several languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, and Chinese. I’m most interested in Japanese. (I would like to have Japanese dictated onto Word (or another word processor)) and/or e-mail. Does anyone know how to activate Speech Recognition for Japanese?

If Speech Recognition for Windows 7 is not available for any reason, I’d be happy to use any other dictation/ transcription software for Japanese. Could anyone recommend an applicable software or give me a lead on this?

hi. Well, I thought you would talk about languages as I did not talk about that. But I wasn't sure.

According to those sites, you need to install language packs. Japanese pack for Japanese.
