After all le nuclear stuff, I was just wondering if I could visit it safely any time soon. I was wanting to go to Mt.Hiei and the things that are around there.
Answer:
Hiei is around Kyoto. So there is no problem there. Radiation is leaked from a plant in Fukushima.
