Japanese DS RPGs that have an english option, or have been translated?

1)I'm looking for dating sims for girls (does the Ouran game have an option for english? Someone said it does in Youtube. They said its in the settings, and you can change the language! Is it true?)
2)Horror games!(Does the higurashi series have an english option?)
3)Paranormal games
4)Dating sims(for guys or girls. I don't mind playing the ones for boys. Its like, instead of falling in love with the character in them, you just pick your favorite anime couple!
4)Just some fun games!
The reason I'm asking this is mainly because of the Ouran Koukou Host Club game. Someone has been saying that there's an english option, and people don't know it because they over look it, or they don't understand the words. I don't want to buy this game until I know it has the option for SURE(its almost 200$)!

If you're looking for DS games, Princess Debut is the closest thing to a real japanese dating sim for girls in English but it's aimed at kinda young girls. If you like horror games and don't care too much about the dating aspect, DEFINITELY play 9 persons 9 hours 9 doors because it rocks.
