Nimotsu ga omoi node,musuko ni nimotsu o motasemasu.

Second what does "Futsu-kei + node" means,when and how do we apply them?

1. Since the luggage is heavy for me, I'll let my son have it.

2. ”Common form of adjectives＋ので”　means "because/ the reason why (something/someone be) Futsu-kei".
You apply them when you explain an adjectival reason, cause that lead you a particular situation.
